Annual Super Award

Richardson & Associates,LLC is one of the twelve public and private employers that have been recognized by the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board (SWORWIB) for their commitment to mentoring and employing youth, those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and people who are currently unemployed. This award was to recognize our effort to Work with the SuperJobs Center to hire several people who were unemployed using On the Job Training accounts.

The Woman of Distinction Awards Reception is an annual fundraising event honoring women leaders in the greater Cincinnati region, who demonstrate strong initiative and personal leadership on issues relating to women and girls. Proceeds from the Woman of Distinction Reception support Girl Scouts of Western Ohio program activities to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

Sherri Richardson, CEO of Richardson & Associates was awarded the 2010 Reaching for the Stars Program Leaders for the Future Award for exceptional business achievement, leadership, and community service. We were nominated by Cincinnati City Manager Milton Dohoney.
